We will establish a marketing price, an estimated time line of our progress and a moving strategy so we are prepared to negotiate from a position of strength when we begin to receive offers.
Negotiation Is Key In Getting The Best Price
We’ll review the terms of all offers, covering everything from price, contingencies, repairs, costs and closing dates. We negotiate terms that you are comfortable with and will ease the transition to your new home.
Getting To The Closing Table
We’ll be fully prepared by meeting all of our obligations of the contract and finalize the transaction.
